Kids Cottage - more than your average preschool

Kids Cottage is an interactive destination designed as a multi-purpose educational center for children of all ages. We offer an exceptional learning environment, including a structured full day program for infants through 5 years, an innovative half day preschool program, engaging enrichment afternoons, summer camps, as well as drop-in babysitting and “parent-kid” play.  We also have proudly been awarded the DE Today, “Best Birthday Party Downstate” for several years!

Kids Cottage opened in 2005, and has set new standards for childcare. We are a locally owned and operated facility where we put a strong emphasis on quality education and expressing creativity through play.  We offer a safe, clean, and high quality environment to play, learn, and develop social skills.

Our Hours: M-F 7:00 am-5:30pm

Holiday Closings: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

I just wanted to touch base to let you know how happy John and I are with preschool this year.  Both of the girls are really enjoying themselves, and learning a lot! Kaela talks about her teachers and friends quite a bit, and was so thrilled to show me the pumpkin she made the other day.  She sings songs from class ALL THE TIME and seems to really enjoy the books, arts and crafts and activities they do.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Ms. Renee and Ms. Liz.  Mia is having such a great time in class, so excited to tell me about her day, what they've done, and what's coming up.  She is overjoyed to get projects and homework, and has so much fun doing both.
