Hourly Drop-In Information
Drop-in Childcare Ages 3-12: $15.00 per hour, per child.
Our Drop-In Childcare Program provides a flexible and convenient option for families in need of occasional care. During the school year, from September through May, drop-in hours are from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. In the summer, our hours are from 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM, offering a reliable solution to accommodate your needs.
Drop-in childcare is specifically designed for children ages 3-5, providing them with a nurturing environment where they can engage in age-appropriate activities and socialize with peers.
Please note that our drop-in availability operates on a first-come, first-served basis and is contingent on staffing availability. We kindly ask parents to call ahead around 10:00 AM on the day you are interested in drop-in childcare to check for available spots. Our dedicated team will do their best to accommodate your child’s needs while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
What will my child do in Drop-in?
In our Drop-in Program, children are offered a vibrant and interactive space where they can engage in a variety of enriching activities. From playing with peers to participating in creative endeavors like arts and crafts, the drop-in experience is designed to cater to the diverse interests of each child. Our dedicated staff encourages cooperative play, providing opportunities for social interaction and the formation of new friendships. Children can also partake in age-appropriate games that not only entertain but also promote cognitive and motor skill development. Our goal is to make each drop-in session an enjoyable and well-rounded experience, ensuring that children have a delightful time engaging in diverse activities that contribute to their holistic growth and development.
Drop In Snack
We provide a snack time for our Drop-In class, the schedule may vary based on the time of year, typically falling between 2 and 3:00 in the afternoon. We kindly ask parents to provide a nutritious snack for their child. We recommend two items to ensure a balanced and satisfying treat. In addition to snacks, please remember to send a labeled water cup with your child’s name.
Bathroom Use/Diapers
We prioritize the comfort and well-being of your child, including their bathroom needs. Conveniently located right across the hall from the drop-in room is a dedicated bathroom available for the children to use whenever necessary.
Our attentive drop-in teachers are equipped to assist with diaper changes as needed. To ensure a smooth experience, we ask that parents pack an ample supply of diapers, wipes, and spare clothes for their child.
