Lead Teacher

Lead Teachers are accountable for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate infant/toddler/daycare/preschool program in accordance of the Kids Cottage curriculum, standards, and mission. The lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing a creative program to teach young children. The teacher is respectful of the staff, children, and parents and ensure that the equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained.

Assistant Teacher

Assistant Teachers are accountable for assisting in creating a safe and developmentally appropriate program in accordance to the Kids Cottage curriculum, standards, and mission. The teacher assistant is responsible for assisting the teacher in the classroom in all areas of work. The assistant teacher is respectful of the staff, children, and parents and ensure that the equipment and facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained.

Supervisors

Supervisors are responsible for creating a fun, comfortable atmosphere for children who are dropped off for babysitting services. They will supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, interact positively with children, plan daily activities, supervise birthday parties, etc. Supervisors must exude a warm, friendly, attentive, and professional attitude. Must be 18 years old +.

Assistant Supervisor

Valuable aid in helping to plan and conduct program and activities, daily operations, works under supervision of supervisors, help with meeting the staff/child ratios. Must exude a warm, friendly, attentive, and professional attitude. Can be 16 years old +.
